Dear FS pilots and those who want to become one
The Swiss record for large formations FS is 25 years old this year. In March 2000, a formation of 84 was conjured up in the sky above Speck Airport. Breaking this record in the foreseeable future would probably be too ambitious a goal.
Large Formations Sequential:
These are jumps with several figures in the same jump. These records are 9 and 7 years old respectively. In May 2016 in Ravenna (I): 22 jumpers, 3 points and in August 2018 in Ebnat-Kappel: 28 jumpers, 2 points.
Our goal is to strive for a new large formation sequential record in 2026. When and where is still to be determined. In order to inspire enough interested FS jumpers who want to take part in such a project, we are planning the following weekends,
Camp #1: July 12/13, 2025
Camp #2: September 06/07, 2025
to organize a pre-camp with two Pilatus Porters at the Para Centro Locarno. During these camps, the aim is to motivate people who have not yet dared to try large formation skydiving and those who have not done it for a long time. Of course, all cracks are also very welcome.
